I am a male, and I have seborrhea. I lose hair as well. So I don't use gel. But this weekend I have to go to a party. What's a good gel to use with my condition that is not going to make it worse. In fact, what are the alternatives to gel all together?

I would suggest a light conditioning mousse. Light hold. It's easier on your hair and leaves less residue. Or you could just cut your hair short enough that you don't even need to style it.
