Hair thinning?? at 16?

I had semi-thick, wavy hair. But now that I楹搈 on an exchange for a year to Brazil my hair is thinning. A lot. I楹搈 afraid I will go bald if it keeps up. But on the hopefully bright side I have found hairs that are much shorter than the others, does that mean it楹搒 growing back? (slowly though)

I know you lose hair as you get older, but 16 is a little early isn楹搕 it? Is there anything I can do to help it?

Stress and a poor diet can make your hair fall out.

If you have found fine hair growing then it's probably coming back. Have you been ill? May be stress or you'r not taking care of your diet. Then again, 16 is not too young to start losing your hair if you are genetically predisposed, what about your parents and/or grandparents. This will happen to men as well as women. In fact, it happens to a lot of women. My husband started losing a lot of hair by the time he was 23 and had lost most of it by the time he was 30. His father was bald at 21 and one of his aunts by 30 and his grandfather was totally bald by 30. Both of my sons have lost most of their hair and that started about 24. It seems to be genetic. In my family no one has ever gone bald. Nothing really you can do to help this trend. If anyone could they would make a fortune and it been tried...a lot of lotions %26amp; potions out in the market. The manufacturers %26amp; distributers will make money and you will feel better for trying and spending the money, however, the outcome will be the same. The good salon stylists will tell you the real facts and save you a ton of money. So will your doctor.

Good healthy hair starts with good internal health. Have you ever noticed people that look really healthy have nice shiny full heads of hair? If I were you I would go into your local guru in wholistic medicine and see what natural supplement they can offer for robust hair growth. I閳ユ獫e had success with a product called Provillus also.
