Dont want to lose my hair?

i am only 14 years old and my hair is beginning to fall out.

its a genetic thing.

but how can i prevent it?

If genetics causes your hair loss, you should get some blood work done %26amp; have your thyroid checked-out (it could be a hormone imbalance).

Sometimes your lifestyle can contribute to hair loss, if you're stressed, poor diet %26amp; chemicals in your hair. Get products without any artificial colors or chemical preservatives %26amp; are sulfate and DEA free.

have you bleached or died your hair ? it could be from that.

a good way to keep your hair strong is braiding it when you go to bed, that will prevent breaking the other is leave in conditioners. unfortunatily of it's genetic there's not alot other than nature that can help... just remember that as women hair can fall out and break more often than we think... take good care of it now, stay away from alot of product and we can talk in a few years when you really have somthing to worry about... good luck

its mostly genetic and what you do to it like if you always put it up and stuff

if it is genetic, then it may be hard to come up with a magical cure. first things first...MASSAGE YOUR SCALP! if you do this once a day or even twice a day, stimulating your hair follicles and unclogging your pores, it may help reduce shedding in the long run and also allow newer growth to come through. use two fingers and gently massage scalp until it feels like a big portion of your scalp is moving in a circular fashion. then, using a comb or plastic brush (not brushes with alot of bristles) also massage the scalp in a circular fashion til it feels all tingly. use gentle cleansing shampoos; even baby shampoos work. use the ones with the least amount of ingredients. OIL YOUR SCALP! you can use olive oil, virgin coconut oil, etc. google nut oils, seed oils, and essential oils online. buy the one which seems to you the best (though there are ones that are specifically targed to hair loss). take b-complex vitamin supplements (or biotin) but the b-complex helps with stress (%26amp; energy) and stress from thinking about your hair may be helping your hair to fall out. there is also something called MSM (google that too). there was a study that showed it might contribute to new hair growth. also, try not to tie your hair up or braid it; these hairstyles will just pull on your follicles and scalp and you'll lose more hair. just comb your hair through and leave it down. i hope these work for you
