Hi, exercise naked that will stop the tee shirt rubbing

PS, can i watch?

I've been working out a lot and I noticed I've been losing my chest hair. Do you think Rogaine would help???

I think it will work for you, because I wanted hair on my butt and used it there and now I have more hair there than I do on my head.

No, Just increase your protein intake.

Hair doesn't have very much luck growig on muscles.

I'm not certain you should actually use Rogaine on your chest. You'd have to read the box. Perhaps, Dearest, your diet is missing protein and your body is rebelling by dumping unnecessary hair. If so, just up your protein by eating cheese, yogurt or milk (or just some meat and eggs) and more water. You should see your hair coming back. If not, consult your doctor.

Never put a topical OTC on a part of your body it's not meant for. An ex-friend of mine did that with Nair -- he put it on his face and head and ended up with huge sore.

Please take care of yourself, Dearest.

This really isn't all that normal...I'd see a doctor and get a definitive answer on why you are losing your chest hair...Are you using steroids?--they can do some strange things to your body.

LOL fight the feeling to reach for the Rogaine..

sounds like a typical case of steroid use... if you're not using steroids you really should see a doctor... working out and hair loss don't have much in common so there could be a problem with your body (and possibly your diet) that a doctor needs to diagnose

There could be some truth to the t-shirt theory too, if you wear tight clothing while working out. It happens to older men too, when you see them start losing their hair along their sock line. I suggest wearing no shirt or loose work out clothes and upping the protein and water intake. Just a thought.
